Senior Geologist job in UK

International Consultancy Group, with offices in the UK, is looking for a Senior Geologist to join its Mining team. The role will involve working on clients’ projects and presenting geological reports to international standards, including work on conceptual studies through design and construction to commissioning. A key part of the role is to act as a ‘Competent Person’ with the ability to sign off on Geological reports. The ideal candidate will have an all round background in Geology and previous experience with exploration and desktop study projects. Previous experience with iron ore deposits and bulk minerals would be an advantage. Educated to at least degree level , preferably to Masters, the Senior Geologist will be expected to have a minimum of 7 years' post-graduate experience and have attained a chartered position.
